Theme setup: adding the chart block and going live
The two things that both need to be true before shoppers see your size chart, and where to find them.
Two things need to be true before shoppers see anything: a published Design Studio look, and the Storely block added to your theme.
- From your dashboard, open Take Storely live & design → Open theme editor (or go there yourself: Online Store → Themes → Customize, on a product page).
- Click + where you want the chart to appear.
- Switch to Apps and select Storely Size Chart.
- Save the theme.
- Publish a Design Studio preset if you haven't already — both steps are required.
If your store uses more than one product template, add the block to each one — your dashboard only confirms the block on your default template, even if you've added it elsewhere too.
Why isn't the chart showing on my storefront? Check all three: a template is linked to the product, the Storely block is added for that product's template in Theme Editor, and a Design Studio look is actually published.
