Applies to storelyapp.com and all subdomains, and to all Storely Tech Shopify applications, including Storely Size, unless a specific application publishes its own supplementary terms.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, apply to storelyapp.com and all of its subdomains, and to all Storely Tech Shopify applications, including Storely Size, and to any future Storely Tech application, unless that application publishes its own supplementary terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By installing, accessing, or using any Storely Tech website, application, or related service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Who you are contracting with
Storely Tech is currently operated as a sole proprietorship by Laksh Dugar, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. References to "Storely Tech," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to this sole proprietorship. Should Storely Tech incorporate in the future, these Terms will be updated and republished to reflect the incorporated entity, and merchants will be notified of the change.
3. Description of Services
Storely Tech provides Shopify-integrated applications, including Storely Size, a size chart management application, together with other tools planned under the Storely Tech name, and the storelyapp.com marketing website and its subdomains.
4. Accounts and Shopify store authorization
To use our applications, you must install them through the Shopify App Store and authorize the application's access to your Shopify store through Shopify's standard OAuth flow, granting only the scopes listed in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate store and account information.
- The configuration choices made within the application, such as size chart content and display settings.
- Any activity that occurs through your authorized store connection.
You may revoke the application's access at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy or Partner Program Agreement.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the underlying code or infrastructure of the Services.
- Upload content that is infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or billing mechanisms.
6. Fees and billing
Storely Size is currently free to install, and no paid plans are offered at this time. If paid plans are introduced in the future, fees will be billed through Shopify's billing system on a recurring basis, prices may change with advance notice, and uninstalling the application will cancel any future billing.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. As a sole proprietorship without a dedicated infrastructure or uptime team, we do not commit to a specific service level agreement at this time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time, and will provide advance notice of material changes affecting merchants where practical.
8. Intellectual property
All software, branding, logos, text, and design associated with Storely Tech and its applications are proprietary to Laksh Dugar, operating as Storely Tech. The "Storely" name and associated marks are used as unregistered trademarks pending trademark application. No claim to registered trademark status is made unless and until registration is granted. Copyright in Storely Tech's original content, code, and design exists automatically under applicable copyright law and is asserted accordingly. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property, other than the limited right to use the Services as intended. You retain ownership of your own store content and data.
9. Third-party services
The Services integrate with and depend on Shopify's platform and APIs, and rely on third-party infrastructure providers, currently Google Cloud Platform for hosting, compute, and secrets management, and Neon for database services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or other issues originating from these third-party platforms.

You agree to indemnify and hold Storely Tech and its operator harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior, or if required to do so by Shopify's platform policies. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the application.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except where local consumer protection law in the merchant's own jurisdiction mandates otherwise and cannot be contractually overridden.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be flagged through an updated "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, direct notice to merchants.
