My size chart isn't showing on a product page
There are three separate failure points that all look identical from the storefront — here's how to tell them apart.
When a chart doesn't appear, the storefront just looks the same whether the problem is upstream in your setup or in the theme itself, so it helps to check these in order:
- Is a template actually linked to this product? Open the product in Storely and confirm a template is assigned, not just created.
- Is the Storely block added in the Theme Editor for this template or section? A template being linked in Storely doesn't automatically place the block on a custom or duplicated theme section — it has to be added once per section that should show it.
- Is a Design Studio look actually published? A saved-but-unpublished preset never reaches the storefront — see Design Studio: one look for every chart.
- Does the product's sizing data exist and parse as valid JSON? If the connected variant option or metafield is empty, malformed, or was edited outside the normal flow, the chart has nothing valid to render.
Working through these in order finds the real cause faster than assuming it's always the same issue.
